L'histoire de cette pièce de collection...
– Designing a car based on aerodynamics is for people who can’t build engines – Enzo Ferrari
The Ferrari 360 Spider. As far as we’re concerned, one of the last real Ferraris. Nowadays, you get in a Ferrari with the Portofino, with a 570 hp turbo engine. The Portofino has Bluetooth, an automatic two-zone air conditioning system and resonance speakers in the intake to emphasize the sportiness. The speed is now relative and looks great on paper, but lacks experience. This used to be different; A screaming, high-revving engine and splashing coolant that you hear behind the back. And especially the feeling that you as a driver make the difference, not the technology.
The 360 is an example for us where Ferrari applied modern techniques, but also focused primarily on the experience. When you get in, you have few options or buttons to distract you. It's all about driving and the emotion that comes with it. The snarl of the 3.6 liter V8 is unbeatable. Only at 8,500 RPM are all 400 rising horses released. The Ferrari 360 convertible was given the baptismal name Modena (Spider), named after the birthplace of Enzo Ferrari.
Pinifarina has proven itself again with the design of the 360. The frame is made entirely of aluminum and the body has almost no spoilers or other flashy elements. This was thanks to the closed bottom plate, which provides downforce at higher speeds.
Our 360 Spider originally comes from Belgium and has only driven 35 thousand kilometers. All its booklets are of course present and has an extensive history.
Looking for a down-to-earth, no-nonsense supercar with looks that get better every year? An atmospheric engine that unfortunately has to place itself on the list of 'endangered species' but that sounds and performs unbeatably? This is it. At our clubhouse!
