Mercedes 280 SE 3.5l V8

We have again succeeded in finding a real Cool Classic. A Mercedes 280 SE W108 3.5 liter eight-cylinder in very good condition with a beautiful color combination. The W108 was the successor of the W111 Baureihe in the mid-sixties and was in turn succeeded by the W116 (first official S-class) in the late seventies. Ultimately, only 11,309 units of this 280 SE 3.5 version were built.

Our Dunkel Blaue W108 is, apart from the condition (which we describe as excellent), fully documented. She started her life in the Swiss St. Gallen on April 18, 1972. 27 years later she came to the Netherlands, where she is still owned by her first Dutch owner. He in turn completely restored the car 10 years ago and recently had it completely technically checked and fitted with an LPG G3 installation.

The important options of the 280SE are; automatic, power steering, heated rear window, headlights and armrests both front and back. We can also say with certainty that the mileage is correct, because in addition to the Betriebsanleitung, Abgasdocument, we also have the Wartungsheft with 13 entries.
