La historia detrás de este coleccionable...
Silvestris Aquamotive, the story of Maarten de Bruijn who, together with a number of fellow ex-colleagues, once considered a beautiful boat brand full of ingenuity. Now you and I can already guess that this is not a Zodiac, but the crème de la crème. In total they have made 5 copies of this Silvestris Blower 23SC, where SC stands for Sports Cabriolet. Two of these were delivered with a diesel engine, two of them with a 320 HP petrol engine, but of course we as a club would not just put down a boat if this did not bring something special with it. This is namely the petrol version with the 600 HP Mercury Racing block. In all sorts of places the boat conceals the automotive past of the men of Silvestris. The men were big fans of the Bentley Blower, which we all know of course. That is why they have only equipped one version with the compressor, resulting in a chic tender. This ensures that when you really let the boat work, you feel the whistling sound of the compressor cheering you on. The gentlemen have brought the latest technologies from the automotive industry from Spyker, with which they immediately won the maritime innovation prize. The hull is constructed from CNC-cut aluminium plates, which are glued and riveted. This innovative technology ensures less torsion and more stiffness.
Anyway, enough about the sports performance. It is and remains a convertible, with which you can go out with five people to eat on the other side of, for example, Lake Geneva. However, the weather against the mountains can be deceptive. Just when you have poured the first glass of wine and told the first good joke, it suddenly starts to rain! The men from Silvestris have also come up with a 'Q'-like Bond move for that. With a press of the remote control, something wonderful happens; the entire interior rotates inwards like a transformer car. Where the seating area previously presented itself, it is now concealed as an aluminium waterproof whole. The buffalos used for the interior even prove to be able to withstand seawater. The boat lends itself perfectly to both calm cruising along riverbanks and high-speed planing over Italian lakes. The boat has only been used as a demo so far and is still virgin new with its 70 sailing hours. Will you come by soon?
