Porsche RSR Backdate

A backdated Rennsport Rennwagen (RSR), literally translated a racing sport race car with hints to the past. How did this come about?
Since the crisis, there has been a glorification of the circular saw and modern creativity. The lines of a classic car are only seen as a suggestion or inspiration. This has given large companies like Singer a lot of support. Modern driving characteristics combined with classic looks is of course also something you can only fall in love with.

However, an RSR, or a Rennsport Rennwagen version of the 911, is not made as a show pony. This racehorse from Stuttgart must be able to fly. Hence a lightweight flywheel, independently adjustable shock absorbers, Weber carburetors and 964 brakes. An LSD installed so you can corner properly, and everything is made lightweight. Fully electronic ignition, a revised 3 liter engine together with a short shifter 5-speed gearbox complete the whole.
