BMW Z4 3.0 Si
Specifications
In September 2006 at the Frankfurt fair, the Z4 touched many an enthusiast’s heart. The coupe bodywork spoke a clear language with its long nose, rounded roof and short butt. The long snout and wide hips give the Z4 something classic.
Every enthusiast gets a higher heart rate when opening the hood. The classic six-in-line, but just a little better. The unblown 3 liter Bayerische Motor Werke has 265 race horses, which is a lot for an atmospheric engine. The iconic (and insane) BMW six-in-line sound betrays the potential of this Z4. And real driver’s car!
Because of the automatic gearbox also a car for longer distances. – The Stelvio pass is not around the corner! – In the normal D-mode the Z4 accelerates quite quickly and is quite economical. When you put the gearshift in the S position, along with pushing the sport button, you get the sharp edge of this steerable car. The gearbox goes into lower gear and shifts faster. Throttle response improves and the valves in the exhaust open up so that the six-in-line ‘screech’ is imposing.
Our Z4 has clearly been owned by an enthusiast. Outside of all the documentation, the car is in absolute new condition. With its mileage, engine and character, this is a true collectors item!
