The story behind this collectible...
A very beautiful and concours condition Mercedes Benz 280sl 'pagoda'. This Pagoda has been 'nut & bolt' restored by Ronald Zuidam. You will not find a more beautiful one.
What makes this Mercedes extra special is that it was delivered with a "Golde-Schiebedächer" hardtop. This means that it has an electric sliding roof. Of course, the original Becker radio is also in it.
This Mercedes was delivered new in Germany in 1971. The current owner has owned this Pagoda since 1995. Then, in 6 years, it was built up to this fantastic Mercedes 280sl. After the restoration, it has hardly been driven and is still in concours condition. A car that must be seen!
