The story behind this collectible...

The Jaguar E type series 3 OTS. A car from the time when smoking was still healthy, television had only one channel and most importantly; the time when driving was still really driving, without aids or sensation-enhancing hoaxes!

The E type was introduced in Europe on 15 March 1961 at the Geneva Motor Show and in the United States in April of the same year at the New York Motor Show. When the car was first shown, Enzo Ferrari called it ‘The most beautiful car ever made’. He is right to this day!

Our E type is from the last generation, the series 3. The series 3 was introduced in 1971. The most notable change was the brutal 5.3 liter V12 engine block. Because it was such a heavy block, power steering also became standard. Furthermore, the wheel arches were slightly knocked out and the grille was slightly larger, to cool the muscular black cat. With the four wide exhaust tips that roar and growl when the Jaguar is started, you as an enthusiast cannot avoid getting in with a broad smile every time.

This is passion, pure and simple. Our Cool Classic series 3 is fully documented and maintained in excellent condition. An ideal car for making long trips and taking on holiday. Many smiles a litre guaranteed!
