About the Rally
The Cool Classic Rally is a map-reading rally for anyone who loves a beautiful drive in a classic car, convertible, or modern classic. The goal of the day is to enjoy the scenery in a relaxed way while competing for first prize, which goes to the team that completes the route most efficiently and effectively.
Driver and navigator are in for a day of pure driving pleasure: no hassle, but of course with a few challenging map-reading puzzles.
The rally will be conducted according to the basic regulations of major rally organizers, supplemented by Special Regulations and any bulletins. There is no distinction between classics, youngtimers, and modern cars; every vehicle is welcome. The route planners have chosen the route so that even cars with lower ground clearance can complete the drive just fine.
The rally takes place during the day. Although we naturally hope for sunny weather, every type of weather has its own charm and challenges—which, in any case, makes for great stories during the after-party.
Registration
The fee is €125 per person (€250 per team). You can register in two classes:
• The Sport Class: for advanced and experienced teams
• The Touring Class: for beginners and recreational riders.

Where and when?
The start and finish take place in the Amersfoort area, centrally located and therefore easily accessible for everyone. The area is characterized by many unknown and picturesque roads without significant traffic. Larger rallies do not visit this region very often, and the route planners have discovered a large number of unique little roads in surprising locations.
Program:
08:30: Gathering and briefing by the organization. Here you will receive an explanation of the Rallywereld app, followed by an opening speech.
Subsequently: Joint breakfast.
10:00 AM: Start of the first team.
Late afternoon: Finish at a central location, including extensive drinks and dinner.
The tour consists of two stages and includes several (agility) challenges.
Route control via the app
To determine whether the correct route has been driven, we use the Rallywereld App. This app replaces traditional control boards and time checks with digital GPS points. This allows you, as a participant, to retain the sense of reward associated with good control, while the results are known much faster afterwards. In the days leading up to the rally, all teams will receive clear instructions on how to use the app.
The Organization
Once again this year, the organization is in the hands of Rallywereld BV. Ronald Jans and Gerhard Fokkens have mapped out a well-balanced driving and map-reading rally. They are supported by Jacques Limpens (co-router, permits and regulations) and Dick Everaarts (sponsorship, contact person for officials and insurance).
