The story behind this collectible...

"Some burn candles while praying. Others, rubber." - Mercedes-Benz

The Mercedes "Sport Light Super. A kind of Gorilla wearing a tie and the successor to both the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren and the Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing. Already in love? We are!

The first AMG to be designed and built outside the Mercedes factory, this beauty uses remarkably few of the components found in other models with a star on the nose. When it comes to balance, controllability and stability, there has never been an more athletic AMG. The SLS has impressive acceleration from 0 to 100 mph in 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 320 mph.

With the engine tucked deep behind the front axle and the driver practically above the rear wheels, it feels like you're starring in your own Gladiator epic, like Russell Crowe on his chariot. But be warned, this car is not going to hold your hand if you push the limit. If you go wrong, you have only yourself to blame - the master engineers in Germany have executed their craftsmanship to perfection.

The Cool Classic Club has a "mud fatty" in Rocky Mountains dark brown with a Tonal Beige soft top. Owned by a true enthusiast who serviced the car at the Mercedes specialist.

Get behind the wheel, press the start button and be swept away by performance that only a true AMG can offer.

Will we see you soon?

"A cockpit, an engine, two wings. Is it still a car?" - Mercedes-Benz
