The story behind this collectible...

Born in 1952, the 250 series marks Ferrari's first series production cars, with the unmistakable power of the famous Colombo V12 engine. Built on the renowned longer sports car chassis, the 250 GTE combined luxury and performance as only Ferrari could. With its streamlined body, premium interior and class, it captured the hearts of men and women in the 1960s.

With only 955 original copies produced, the Ferrari 250 GTE is one that flaunts like a female peacock where pheromones flow through the body.

In our Clubhouse, the Ferrari 250 GTE is on display. It is simply a delight to see this Ferrari 250 GTE Series II in the flesh. With its long hood and alluring Azzuro (16240) exterior color and beige leather interior, it brings with it a Mediterranean feel. Not to mention, In the Netherlands the car was inspected by Tony Willis, a long-time Ferrari specialist, who confirmed that the chassis, engine, gearbox and axle numbers were original and matching. The current owner had the engine completely overhauled less than 1,000 kilometers ago.

Originally adorning the roads of California, this icon has traveled through time, from the bustling streets of the U.S. to the scenic landscapes of Switzerland, before finding its place in the heart of the Netherlands. Will we see you soon?
