The story behind this collectible...
We don’t know who invented speed bumps, but we’re pretty sure he wasn’t German. -
Take customisation and pour it into a reliable format. End result? 368 very valuable horses in an extremely sensuously shaped coach. Everything is handmade, with a remarkable eye for detail and, in contrast to its direct competitors, quality with a capital K. Sorry TVR and Morgan.
The Wiesmann brothers started their dream with the production of hardtops. And not just any hardtops, hardtops that closed better than the manufacturer could manage and often with exciting(er) lines. They always kept an eye on the British, where, if you look closely, many similarities can be found. But luckily the Germans have less sense of humour, so they manufactured something that was fast and, not least, Immer funtioniert.
And ours? As you have come to expect. The MF4 GT with a little extra sex. The MF4 stands for the fourth type, this time with BMW's iconic 4.8-litre V8 that we know from the e60 Alpina, for example. This is coupled to a six-speed manual transmission, directly to the rear wheels. Its paintwork is an 'individual' paint with multiple layers of black and red, which changes with every light. Inside, she has the more exclusive beige interior with red stitching and extra cows. She has been BMW dealer maintained and has only covered 14,000 km to make people stretch their necks.
Remember that girl you should've married? Don't make that mistake twice.
