Autobianchi 500 Giardinetta

In the period from 1960 to 1975, Fiat marketed the successful 500, a compact city car that became hugely popular. The station wagon model was given the name "Giardiniera. Starting in 1965, production of the Giardiniera was moved to Autobianchi's factory in Desio, a town in northern Italy. This car retained its distinctive "suicide doors" and was manufactured at Autobianchi until 1977.
