And according to us, there is no lie in that. Because what a party it is to get into this predecessor of the 6 series and drive away with the sound of the iconic BMW-6-in-line. BMW has understood it; simple, stylish, big engine in the front and rear-wheel drive. With the chrome details, the Granatrod metallic comes into its own beautifully.

Our 2.5 CS started its life in Bern, Switzerland. There, the Bayerische Motoren Werke received Mrs. Hausfrau in 1975. 19 years later, the car was taken over by the first Dutch owner. He in turn sold it to the last owner in 2008. Since the C(oupe) S(port) has been in the Netherlands, she has been active in the BMW Coupe Club Netherlands. The 2.5 CS comes with all (including Swiss!) documentation.

In 2010, our BMW 2.5 CS was completely restored and has been in new condition ever since! Due to the oil crisis, the 2.5 liter was taken out of the stable at the very end of the CS production. Because the slightly smaller six-cylinder was barely produced for a year, only 600 units were made. Of these even less with automatic, so a very unique (read: good investment) BMW that takes you back to the time when the real ones were still made.
