Jaguar E-Type Serie 3 OTS

The Jaguar E type series 3 OTS. A car from the time when smoking was still healthy, when television only had one channel and, most importantly, when driving was still real driving, without any aids or sensation-enhancing gimmicks!

The E type was introduced in Europe on 15 March 1961 at the Geneva Motor Show and in the United States in April of the same year at the New York Motor Show. When the car was first shown, Enzo Ferrari called it "The most beautiful car ever made". To this day he is right!

Our E type is from the last generation, the series 3. In 1971 the series 3 was introduced. The most notable change was the brutal 5.3 litre V12 engine. Because it was such a heavy engine power steering became standard too. The wheel arches were also slightly flattened and the grill was made slightly larger to cool the muscular black cat. With the four wide exhaust tailpipes roaring and growling when the Jaguar is started, as an enthusiast you cannot help but step into the car with a broad smile every time.

This is passion, pure and simple. Our Cool Classic Series 3 is fully documented, in excellent condition and with hardtop. It also has a 5 speed gearbox, but the original 4 speed gearbox is of course included with the car. An ideal car for long trips and to take on holiday. Many smiles a litre guaranteed!
