She also ended up making one of Europe's greatest driving icons even better. The 911 was given a roll bar in order to be sold as a convertible in the States. Our Targa is a car, which otherwise wants nothing at all to do with the USA. Ours wears clogs, drifts giggling around windmills and likes nothing better than to let the 110 Friesian horses loose on a dike. Ordered in 1968 by Mr. Oldeboer, and has not left our country since. In 2017, the car was completely repainted, and motorically addressed, while maintaining as much originality as possible. The Blutorange/Tangerine paint is very popular among Porsche fans, one of the 'Skittles-colors' from the sixties that has proven to be a lucrative investment for years.
