A beautiful Volkswagen T1 Deluxe. One of the last real T1 made (in Brazil they were still delivered for some time). The Deluxe version was only in the US and can be recognized by the 13 windows. Original this bus is from the US. With a stopover in England, the current owner bought the bus 10 years ago. At that time the T1 was restored body off. Very recognizable are the fantastic split windows and 6 pop-up windows.
During the restoration this T1 was partly converted into a camper. This was done in a very nice way and also the extras like a rack and a cooler painted in the same color. The original 1.500cc engine has been replaced by a stronger 1.600cc with double weber carburettors. With this T1 are very many invoices and documentation.
A very beautiful and nice bus for many years to go on vacation with the family!
