The Aston Martin Vanquish is one of our favorite Cool Classics. Not only because the V12, especially for its time, was very fast, but especially because of its unbeatable looks. The ultimate gentleman sports car! The Vanquish was born from ‘project Vantage’ where Aston Martin was busy developing the 6.0 V12. This was already released a little earlier before the birth of the Vanquish in the DB7, which was an immediate success.

When the Vanquish was shown to the public in 2001, it was a new concept for Aston Martin, where the entire body consisted of aluminum and the chassis of carbon fiber and aluminum.

The Vanquish got something else for the real Bonds among us, another version; The Vanquish S. They must have had ‘The World Is Not Enough’ on replay. Especially for those people, the V12 was tickled from 460 to 520 HP and the gentleman’s coupé could reach 100 in just 4.6 seconds. If you had a bit of space (and hair on your chest), the 321 km/h was no problem either.

As soon as you get in, you get an extra special feeling. ‘Only’ 8 Conolly cows were needed to provide the Vanquish S with its beautifully distinctive interior. As soon as you sit down, you understand why Pierce Brosnan chose the Vanquish, the Rosamund Pike’s come with this sex on wheels automatically!
