Mercedes-Benz 600SL

La historia detrás de este coleccionable...
A Mercedes-Benz 600SL in concours condition for sale. A beautiful youngtimer! The 600 has a Mercedes M120 engine that is 6.0 liters, has 48 valves, 12 cylinders and with its 389 hp the strongest of the SL stable. This block is also the basis for the very rare SL 73 AMG, which was still a separate company at the time.
This generation SL replaced the R107 and dates from 1989. The R129 was very progressive for its time. For example, it was one of the first convertibles where you could optionally tick electronic dampers, hardtop with panoramic roof and an automatically folding anti-roll bar as an option. The above-mentioned options were also ticked when ordering our 600SL. The suspension system of the car has been completely overhauled.
In addition to the highly sought-after options, the car is in truly new condition. With its 19,578 miles (31,324 km), the car has just been run in. The complete history of the car is known and we have all the information from the first moment this 600SL was delivered to its first American owner. It changed owners once in the USA, after which it travelled more kilometres on transport than the Dutch owner eventually drove it himself (approx. 3000 km).
In short, a unique car that has all the potential to become a collector's item!
