The story behind this collectible...

In the late 1950s, an era of rapid technological progress and cultural change, Jaguar introduced a car that would soon become an icon: the MKII. Designed by Sir William Lyons, the MKII made its debut in 1959. Toward the end of the production series in 1967, a special version was launched: the Jaguar 240 & 340 MKII.

The name says it all: the 340 MKII houses a robust 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine. This engine offers a driving experience that is both dynamic and refined. The MKII's interior, featuring luxurious leather upholstery and hand-crafted wood veneer trim, makes every drive a pleasure.

This example is a piece of Dutch heritage and has experienced the grandeur of two generations of queens and a king. Although it has the class to sit in the back and wave to onlookers, this car really offers much more! It is a sporty appearance with a strong character.

What makes this particular example extra special is that it is an original Dutch vehicle, manual, left-hand drive and equipped with Overdrive - a big plus! Finished in the iconic British Racing Green, this classic exudes pure British class. We would be happy to assist you with any questions regarding this British Cool Classic!
