Transparency
Everything starts with mapping out the condition of the car. You'll receive detailed photos and videos of the interior, exterior, engine bay, and even the undercarriage if needed. But we don’t stop there, we’ll also schedule a personal video call where you can see the car live and meet a member of our team. This way, you know exactly who you’re dealing with and what you’re getting.

Shipping & transport
Cool Classic Club partners with trusted professionals such as West Coast Shipping or Marlog Car Handling.

Your car is picked up in a fully enclosed trailer from our showroom in Naarden and transported safely to one of our partner depots. There, it undergoes a thorough inspection and is expertly prepared for international shipping. From the depot, your vehicle is taken to the Port of Rotterdam and carefully loaded into a closed container.

Once the car arrives at the closest U.S. port, you have the option to pick it up yourself or have it delivered straight to your doorstep by one of the transport local partners.

Throughout the journey, you'll be assigned a personal shipping agent who keeps you updated every step of the way and helps coordinate the import process.

The import process: regulations, taxes, and registration

A real-life example:
In 2024, our Jensen Interceptor found its way to a true Jensen enthusiast. He used to own a Jensen Interceptor many years ago. Sold it 25 years ago, a decision he’s regretted ever since. So, he went searching for another one, that’s when he discovered our Interceptor MKIII Cabriolet

After a few pleasant conversations via message and calls we reached an agreement and within just a few days, the Jensen was on its way to Montana.
Due to some registration delays in Montana, it took a little while to get the permanent plates, but the car was received in excellent hands. As he later told us:
“Hi! I finally got the permanent plates!!! I am enjoying the car completely and it is my daily driver; I have already put more than 2,500 km on it… Have a great weekend!”

Porsche 964 Carrera 2 to Guatemala. 

A passionate Porsche fan from Guatemala spotted our 964 online. After many chats and a virtual test drive, the buyer was totally hooked. With extra care and expert oversight from Porsche Centrum Amsterdam, this car was tailored to perfectly meet the buyer’s every wish.

From the Port of Rotterdam, the car was shipped to Cartagena, Colombia, where it switched ships to continue its journey, just as the customer requested, to one of the smallest ports in Guatemala, Puerto Barrios. When the car finally arrived, a very happy owner was practically cheering as they picked it up.
