The story behind this collectible...

In 1948 Carlo Arbarth decided to make his own cars with the help of the well-known defunct brand Cisitalia Automobili. The brand went bankrupt and with what was left of parts and knowledge, Abarth & C. produced its first real car. The 204 Abarth. Visually, the cars resembled a scaled-down version of the Cisitalia Grand Prix cars.

The engine was derived from a Fiat 1089cc unit fitted with twin Webers and the car had to be fast on the track. Where this car also certainly made a name for itself. In the end, only five cars rolled off the assembly line and the dream of once driving this car, unfortunately, must remain a dream. The fact is, because there are only five and no one ever wants to sell them, it is almost impossible to get your hands on this car. And should anyone ever decide to sell their 204, be ready to pay a few million. Therefore, a Swedish coachbuilder decided it was time for a perfect recreation of this car to still have the fun that so many dream of. The car was built on the chassis of a Fiat 1100 E, which of itself, engine-wise and dimensionally has many similarities to the 204. The body of the fiat was built by means of a tubular frame topped by a real aluminum body that was built entirely by the company itself.

The result? A car so incredibly well made and built that everything suggests it is a real one. The similarities are almost 1 to 1 and even the bolts on the valve cover and the Webers are identical. It is a perfectly built car with an unparalleled driving experience. Driving this classic 80 feels like doing 180. Drool in your beard, tears streaming down your eyes and gravel flying around your ears. Driving like THEIR OWN.
